INCOG BioPharma recently hosted Linking Pharma Women for an event at our Fishers, IN facility.

Linking Pharma Women is a space for women to connect, learn from each other, share stories and experiences, and provide support. Its mission is to inspire and connect industry women by sharing tips, tools, and guidance through networking and empowering one another. They support women as they navigate their professional journeys. Through their own experience, they can support and motivate each other. The communities goal is to build a network of industry specific, like-minded women and provide support through mentoring, connecting, and investing in women at all stages of their career.

The INCOG hosted event was a great opportunity for women across the pharma industry to connect, share experiences, and support each other. The evening also included a behind-the-scenes tour of our facility, giving attendees a closer look at the work we do every day.
