We are redefining what it means to be a world-class CDMO. Our integrated services span aseptic fill/finish through to device assembly, and final packaging. By consolidating your supply chain, we ensure rigorous quality and accelerated timelines for every life-changing injectable.

INCOG receives its first FDA approval to produce a commercial sterile drug product with ZERO Form 483 observations. Company breaks ground on a second building to strategically expand capabilities, and earn our third consecutive designation as one of Indiana's Best Places to Work.

Expanding Capacity
Customer manufacturing kicks off with a PPQ campaign - only 26 months after breaking ground. A second OPTIMA filling line is announced. High-speed line prepares INCOG to drive scale with an additional 100M units of syringe and cartridge capacity. Company is again named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work.

Accelerating Excellence
Building is equipped with an OPTIMA MultiUse L6000 filling line, driving up to 40M units of annual capacity for pre-filled syringes, cartridges, and vials and is cGMP qualified with its first media fill campaign. QC labs are ready and operational. The team nearly doubles in size and INCOG is named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work.

A New Standard
INCOG sets a new standard for speed and quality, breaking ground on a 94,000 ft2 facility and completing the state-of-the-art build-out in under a year. Our 21-acre campus is strategically designed for world-class fill/finish, device assembly, packaging, and warehousing services to serve leading biopharmaceutical clients globally.
